Please note the application process

  • After submitting this form, you will receive an acknowledgment in email with the application link, password and further steps. Remember to check the spam or junk folders too.
  • Visit the link in the email and submit the completed application. The received password will remain the same throughout the entire application submission process.
  • On submitting the application, an interview will be scheduled. You will receive those details in your email.
  • If you do not receive any communication from the admissions team within 7 Days of submitting the application, kindly contact contact@behf.info. Remember to mention your Application ID for reference.
  • Upon successful completion of the interview, your application will be approved and you will receive a payment link in your email.
  • Once payment is successfully completed in the stipulated time, the registration for the program is considered to be complete & you will receive the receipt and the submitted application, as PDF, in your email.

1. I understand that the donations made are non-refundable.

2. I confirm that my personal information provided by me is accurate. Consequences, if any, of providing inaccurate information while donating will be borne by me alone.

3. As per Indian Tax Laws, it is mandatory to have full name, address of a donor and PAN/AADHAR Number else it is treated as anonymous and is subject to tax.

4. Receipt will be valid, subject to realization of cheques/ DD/ online transactions.

5. Breath Energy Health Foundation India (BEHF), is a trust registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. All donations made to BEHF are eligible for tax deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961, Government of India.

6. I hereby authorise and give consent to VVKI to send me, either through itself or through any third party service provider, from time to time various information / alerts / Whatsapp / SMS / other messages or calls and other services on the contact number provided by me, whether the number is registered with National Do Not Call Registry / listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I also confirm that by sending any of such messages / calls, i will not hold BEHF and /or its third party service provider liable / institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time.
